I use my skills & experience to help you connect to & understand the thoughts, behaviours and feeling that you'r having. Being beside you during turbulent times. About me and my practice

No matter how big or small you feel your need is, something has made you to seek support. I understand asking for help is not always easy, but you are in the right place. No worry is too big or too small, and you deserve to be supported, listened to and understood.

I am passionate about providing you that support. I have been where you are, and have personally experienced the positive impact counselling can have on your life. This is what motivated me to train as a counsellor myself.

I offer person centred counselling and CBT online and over the telephone to clients from all areas of the UK. Using my training and experience to support you in a way that best suits your needs and circumstances.

I am also a trained hypnotherapist and registered CYP counsellor.

I offer a free no obligation 30 min initial telephone consultation.

Fees

My fees are £55.00 per counselling hour.

I offer a discount for student counsellors who can prove they attend a professional counselling training.

When I Work

I work 9 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Fridays I have limited appointments on a Saturday morning and a Thursday evening.
